Sourcing that livesin a system,not a mailbox.
Upload a BOM, slice it into RFQs, collect quotes in a vendor portal, compare landed cost, and issue the PO. One system holds every number.
- 011 BOM
- becomes every RFQ, sliced by supplier category
- 020 spreadsheets
- rebuilt by hand after a supplier replies
- 03Append-only
- quote revisions, so a price never moves after award
Why
Procurement is still a mailbox.Every reply forks the truth.
The same five hand-offs happen on every build. Today each one lands in a different inbox. With Pickurement each one is a state change in one system.
Today
- EngineeringExports the BOM to a spreadsheet and emails it over.
- Supply chainFans out forty RFQ emails, one vendor at a time.
- VendorsReply with quotes in whatever format they like.
- Supply chainRebuilds the comparison sheet by hand. Again.
- FinanceSigns a PO nobody can trace back to a quote revision.
With Pickurement
- EngineeringUploads the file. AI maps the columns, a human confirms.
- Supply chainSlices the BOM into RFQs and invites vendors in one click.
- VendorsAnswer in a portal with price breaks and lead times.
- Supply chainReads one normalized grid with landed cost.
- FinanceIssues a PO generated from the awarded lines.
How it works
From the BOM exportto the purchase order, in one loop.
Four steps, one record. Every number a vendor sends stays attached to the line it prices.
01Upload the BOM the engineer already has.
Drop in the export. AI proposes the column mapping and shows its confidence per column. You confirm, and every line resolves to a canonical part.
02Slice one BOM into the RFQs it should be.
Lines group by supplier category. Invite vendors from your own directory, added by email or imported from the list you already keep, and send in one click.
03Vendors quote in a portal, not a reply-all thread.
Each vendor gets a token-scoped portal for their lines. They enter price breaks, lead time, and MOQ. A revision creates a new version and supersedes the last.
04Compare landed cost. Award. Issue the PO.
One normalized grid across vendors with freight and duty folded in. AI reads it against the project scope and files suggestions. Split the award and generate the PO.
Or start at the quotes
Already sent your RFQs? Bring the quotes.
You do not have to move everything in. Keep sending RFQs your own way, then drop in the quote PDFs your vendors send back. Pickurement reads each one, lines it up against your BOM, and tracks every revision through award.
- AI reads the PDF. You confirm what it found.
- The same comparison, award, and PO as the full loop.
Intelligence
AI proposes.A human confirms.
Every suggestion is stored, scoped, and reversible. Nothing sends, awards, or changes a number until someone on your team says so. The audit trail is the product.
